Seriously, is there a more incompetent business?

I am waiting on a card coming from Mirren in QLD. It was posted on Thursday 21st and it still hasn't arrived.

Meanwhile, another card coming from QLD, was sent on Wednesday 27th (this week!!!) and was due for delivery today!

Yesterday, the postie left a parcel at the wrong unit and I am just lucky we are friendly with the neighbours. Last time I checked, 6 does not look like 7.

Today the postie just drops a card in the mailbox instead of coming to the door and the online tracking states "Unable to gain access". Hmmm, he had no trouble "gaining access" yesterday to go to the wrong unit.

Unbelievably poor service from this business from the ground up!
 
They already have the cards filled out ready to drop. If we don't meet them at the mailbox then it's enjoy the card go pick your mail up later.

Unfortunately I think nearly everyone can relate to your pain
 
I posted a Kobe auto to france, july 16 and it still hasn't arrived!! and this is with registered post! apparently it has gone missing so now I have to fork up $150 from a paypal dispute out of my butt for a service that failed me and cost me extra for a perceived peace of mind:confused:

My sister is currently in Queensland, good thing she lives next door since I am looking after her cats. Also because the postman delivered my COMC parcel to her address.

Now I am 1/18 and she is 4/16.... its not even like she was 1/16 (which I could almost see happening in a hurry).

How do they get this so wrong? Amazes me.

Is your unit part of a complex? Did they drop it to the door or to a letterbox?
 
letterbox... and we live in two seperate buildings that happen to have units split into them, looks liek a house from outside, two mailboxes per corner of each building
