Finally become a victim of paypal stupidy

So I just went to pay for Jazz in a case break (wanted to get in early to snag those Exum cards) of the new certified on Mojo Break and received the following message from paypal

This payment is pending while we review it. In accordance with our User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, we review certain transactions closely to ensure they do not pose a risk to us or our customers. We'll contact you in 24-72 hours.

What risk can a payment to a known case breaker pose. They obviously don't like losing money from their accounts so hold it to earn extra interest.

Checked to make sure I have no item not received claims pending for cards sold on ebay and that is a clean slate.

Howe many other ways can paypal find to annoy the sh!t out of us.
 
Ah paypal. What a bunch of knobs!

My account is now "limited" because it has gone over a certain amount. I was forced to send in proof of address and identity documents and it will take 2-3 days for them to restore my account to full. This is rubbish! Why should MY money be locked away and unusable for 2-3 days?!?!

I had this same notice few weeks ago, lucky i didnt respond. As it turned out, it was a scam to grab my details
