Hard to believe this redemption card business. There's no picture of the player or team logo, just a name printed!!! Just crazy!!
I think there should be low numbered cards in their releases, and I want to see 1/1's. There should be some value in buying $130 box of cards that you aren't guaranteed an auto in.
What annoys me is only one or two autos of my team a year, so I won't have authentic signatures of all players, as retirement and team changes will affect who gets to sign. It's looking more and more likely, that I won't get a matai, or Lyons, and there is no possibility of players like Brent kite, George rose, etc. having a signature wearing a sea eagles jersey. In person on cards do nothing for me!!
Can they leave an autograph design in for a few years, so all the autos look like a set! Last years sensations was an awesome, clean design, and I'd love to have a team set of them over about 3 years. Thought this years sensations looked crap. It annoys me looking at all the signature cards I have, and everyone is a different design!! Maybe ask him if there is chance of a premium release, with 5- 10 autos per team, 3-5 autos per box.
I would also like to ask if there is a chance of team legends signature cards in the future. Menzies, Toovey, Lyons, vautin, Eadie, Randall, Hasler etc etc. I only mention manly, cause I couldn't care less about other teams, but I would still collect guys like Wayne Pearce, brad fitter, Brett Kenny, Matt cooper, Ryan girdler etc. So many options!!
Inserts to me aren't hits!!! Signatures are hits!!! I like authentic signatures, and would pay more if there was more value!! And yes, add 1/1's, 1/5's, 1/10's, but make sure everything limited in number are foiled stamped!!

Don't know what redemption's you have been looking at all the redemption's I have seen have a picture of the player.

1/1 redemption cards are American bullshit sales pitches this is RUGBY LEAGUE. Yes it pulls in big money for those particular cards and destroys the value of the rest of the set as too many are produced to pay for those 1/1. Are what the hell the whole game is going the American way. We are losing what rugby league is really about tough gladiators doing battle with blood stained jerseys we are all becoming wrapped in pussy paper. Bring back scanlens. HA. HA
Just an idea for Traders next year. Part of the idea was formed by the Galactic Stars cards thought the cartoon image was terrible but did like the idea of the header card in the middle of the page.
For team sets have a 16 player set (or 15 players and the coach) with two team logo cards in the center of each page so 18 cards total - two full pages. On the back of the first logo card go back a bit to the Scanlens days and list where the team finished the previous year and expectations for the year ahead. On the back of the second logo card do a team checklist listing the base and insert cards.
Just a thought gives people both there logo cards and checklists.
