Happy enough to see Souths win for my brother's sake, who is a mad souths fan, and some of my friends also. But after seeing the souths supporters boo Graham and Hodko so badly, and seeing all the crap being spouted on social media, they can wait another 43 years for their next one, IMO... lol! Definately a brave effort by Burgess, but, and Bunnies were too good on the day...
Good game today but im f***** gutted the doggies didn't win. Souths played much better n deserved it. Congrats to them and all their supporters. I guess this keeps our LWLWL record going hopefully we win one in the next few years n not have to wait til 2024.

Oh, is THAT what that sound was? I'd just gone to get another beer to drown my sorrows with, heard that, and thought someone had given Mrs Burgess the mic... Confused my brother too. I asked what that sound was, he said "John Sutton... I THINK!" lol! Apologies for the misunderstanding...
On facebook I had 3 Cows fans, a broncos fan, a titans fan and a few others from various teams talking crap to me over the loss, all while talking about "what a great day it was/almost the proudest day of my life", etc...Most of them had changed their background pic to a south sydney theme, or dusted off their old merchandise from the 70s and 80s... haha
