Panini America website down?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone is having any issues accessing the Panini America website. Since three days I've been wanting to check the status of a few redemption cards I've redeemed. Whenever I attempt to visit the website all that shows up is a blank page with 'IIS7 Internet Information Services.' It's been like this for 3 days now.

Can anyone shine some light on the subject? Much appreciated =)

i just placed a redemption now..

had to try a few times. added the custserv to the address and it worked.
