I'm heading over to Tasmania for a week to represent SA in the sport of tenpin bowling and was just wondering if there are any shops I can check out while I'm there.

Thanks in advance

You can get very lucky at Area 51 in Hobart, but the last two times I was their he had no cards ( I bought all the cards before) that's about it tho, if you do manage to find a shop let me know, because I have looked at near every place from every newsagent to hobby shop here, you would have better luck in Melbourne I think

Which end of the State, Hobart/Launceston?

What sort of cards or Memorabilia?

Area 51 is probably your best bet. I don't believe they stock much in the line of sports (if any), they tend to concentrate on gaming.
They're located on Liverpool Street, off the Hobart Mall. Park in Argyle Street carpark, and walk out into the Mall, then take the Western exit (fronts on to Liverpool Street) and walk about 50m.

I havent been in there in a while.

There's a place also up North in Launceston, called Balls and Bumpers, which I THINK they have some memorabilia. AJ aka @wolvesjr34 could confirm this possibly.

Not sure if there's anything in the South for memorabilia, I havent looked much, TBH.

balls and bumpers has footy memorabilia... but for basketball cards in Launceston Birchalls is about only place. For Magic, yugioh and all that stuff we have a Guf store (gaming cards and computers for games and comics also). Every other newsagent has footy cards though.
