2014-15 NBA Free Agents & Signings

If rockets sign parsons that's $23.5m allocated to the SF position.

They'll turn in to the Magic from 09 I believe, post Dwight up, then let him kick it out for 3s all game.

I think Houston will cause teams trouble but you just can't win a championship this way.

I think parson will be playing the 4 a lot aswell tho, I know it don't make sence $ wise to take up so much cap space for two small forwards but to let a young up and coming player go for nothing is hard for any team

One of the theories I've heard is that since Cuban was trolling the Rockets, then Morey is doing the same by signing or next in line player, then looking to trade one of them in the near future. Just a theory, but who knows...

If it falls through for the Mavs, then I'd like us to sign Aminu anyway, solid rebounder and defender, we don't need tonnes of scoring.

@daldridgetnt: Pierce's first choice wasn't D.C. He wanted LA or Nets. But as he looked at Wiz closer he said 'they're a pretty good team,' per source.

@NotoriousOHM: Sources say Nets passed on re-signing Pierce, opting to develop younger forwards like Karasev/ Bogdanovic instead of paying more to keep PP

Interested to see what KG does now. Looks like Nets may be trying to force him out indirectly

Trying to get below the cap. $90m + paid in taxes this year has obviously made them wake up a little

Maybe. Still went out and spent another $60m on training facility so couldn't be hurting too bad.
Current salaries at 125m down 70m so yeah, cutting cost there (at the moment lol)

I don't like the move for Pierce, I hate seeing HOFers bounce around at the end of their career. But the Wiz needed to replace Ariza and they could have done worse.

I hope they have a nice season.

KG is intriguing. What the hell will he do? The Cavs:) ha ha.

Nets were always going to fail...too many old and expensive pieces. Deron Williams really should have chosen Dallas!

Lopez injury threw the first huge spanner in the works. Then Deron not playing at peak/not being able to stay healthy was another. I think they gambled big and lost. Remember how good they were for a while there and it would have been different if all were healthy. BUT, that's what makes and breaks seasons and coaches doesn't it so shit happens.

Do Cavs need a dude to play PF 10mins a game??? Lol

You got that right...I hope Kidd can build the Bucks up, that franchise really needs to get up and about, it's just a shame the city doesn't attract the big stars with it's small market.
