Just a warning to members on here

Had a rather un-pleasant dealing with a guy on facebook, doesn't go by his real name but facebook name is Rowdy Downunder has a facebook page NBA Cards Downunder or something similar. Believe his real name is Rodney.

Agreed to a deal with him over 3 weeks ago to purchase a soccer prizm card off me, asked if I could wait 2 weeks due to being paid fortnightly from work. Agreed to, 2 weeks come and went heard nothing.

So messaged him on facebook, replied asking if he could have an extra couple of days til Sunday and promised payment by Sunday, Sunday came and went. Messaged him again on Monday.

Not once did he contact me first and say sorry and explain things, I always had to chase him up.

Then I said I'll leave it with him and for him to contact me in a few days well nearly a week went by and heard nothing again so contacted him this morning.

His replies were rather amusing, abusing me, swearing and calling me name after name. Telling me he was banning me from his page and that I could tell everyone I like about it, that I was basically a loser for chasing him up.

Also seen on his page a couple of members on his page were still waiting for cards from him, so be careful dealing with him, fly by nighters like him in the industry which ruin it for everyone.

Feel free to contact me if you want anymore info or have had bad dealings with him.

Exactly. We don't like having bad traders on the site and they get found out pretty quickly and banned.

Some people think as Mods/Admins we are harsh but to me a safe trading community is more important to me than what people may think of me if they get banned.

Not for 1 sec have I ever not appreciated the hard work that goes on to keep things running smoothly and safe here Matt. You guys do a great job to say the very least and we all appreciate it! Let's keep it this way guys, if you are on a facebook group and the other person you are dealing with isn't a member here, think twice!

So it is him. Just heard he was already pre-warning people I would complain about him.

Funny thing is he banned members on his page for messing people around, low balling and not paying.

Every member here i have dealt with i have payed when i said, people meet difficulties from time to time and living expenses and bills where more important than purchasing this card brett! and with your attitude in fb messages i will not purchase from you anymore .
not saying your a bad dealer nothing like that
and like i mentioned buyer also pulled out of a deal with me those funds where meant to be for this prizm card
for these reasons i could not come up with the funds simple as that no need to go around talking trash .

I agree Rodney but you made me wait two weeks because you were getting paid then put it off 2 times after that.

Its the way you handled it, have you not deleted ppl of your page for less? Do upon others what you would like done to you?

Then for you to abuse me, call me names just shows your attitude and the person you are when I thought I was being more than fair waiting 3 weeks for a $60 card. Even after following up with you, you promised payment!

A lesson for yourself as I could not deal with you again, if you are going to buy a card have the $ and dont stuff people around for 3 plus weeks
