Price rise is inevitable.
You gotta wonder though how much cheaper it is to print the cards here and have them shipped over, cut, packed and sent back.
It's a lot cheaper overseas..... you are talking massive price increases (double digit % and then some) to have cards made here.
Cheers
Matt

There are issues with Telstra as part of the digital content deal/ownership with the NRL. One idea was to have QR codes on cards that allowed you to view highlights but there are issues with content ownership which couldn't be overcome.
Will they be doing starter packs in this release. @Matt26
Having posted in the thread about parallels, I thought I should post in this one as well for balance! The set looks sensational!!! Apart from the over-indulgence of parallels, there isn't much you can't like. The redemption for the number one cards is a brilliant idea, so far ahead of what we've had in the past! Loads of sigs, and by the looks of things, they are going to be quality players on every single one. I really can't think of many improvements at all (apart from game worn patches ) and think ESP might just have set a new benchmark for Australasian trading cards with this one!
To be fair the company doing it on behalf of ESP cocked that up last year.....
LOL
Matt that's just BS from esp the programming for collation comes from ESP. Select & ESP use the same printers in China & the funny thing is Select always gets their collation right.........
George,
You are correct that they do use the same printers but the direction that was given by ESP was that it should have been a signature in 2 out of 3 boxes and the other the F&F gold.
It ended up with boxes having 2 signatures in them and some boxes not having anything at all.
It was a pack out screw up.
