What a great game 2. As expected by many, LeBron was huge. That 3rd qtr he was simply unstoppable, it didn't matter who was guarding him, he just shot over the top of them. 2 gripes though, firstly Mario Chalmers with the elbow to Parker, what a cheap shot, there is no place for that in a Finals Series where both teams show a lot of respect for each other, and secondly, I used to be a big Wade fan, even have his jersey in my closet, but the next time that jersey sees the light of day it will be so that I can put a flame to it. If he is not $5000 lighter in the wallet after that appalling grab of the face even though Manu missed him by about 6 inches it will be an absolute disgrace, and then the jump to the left to make the contact on his jump shot, geez, who's home game was this. It only confirms what I have thought for awhile, the NBA LOVES the Heat and are happiest when the Heat are winning as it increases their global audience, which in turn increases their profits.
Spurs should have won this game, especially having Miami in the bonus with 7 minutes to go, but then took a whole pile of jump shots when they should have been attacking and drawing contact and going to the FT line, so they only have themselves to blame.
While I would love to see the Spurs, especially Duncan, Mills and Baynes (even though he never plays a second) go on and win the series, I have serious doubts about whether Spurs can snatch one of the next two games, Heat play very well at home, while the Spurs have not been great on the road. Obviously they have won a couple of road games during this years playoffs, including a big one in OKC, but I just see another big game from James and then some production from the Heat bench, meaning it could be 3-1 by the time Spurs go back home, which will spell disaster.
