Hey guys i have been busy this last month renovating our spare lounge room into my man cave i have almost finished,just needing skirting board to complete the job.
I had progress pictures but lost them all when i broke my phone:(

Any way all the cabinets on the wall are actually In the wall, i put up a false wall and inserted all the cabinets into it, and re painting etc, then the main tv wall paintes grey with a cabinet onsomble from ikea, you get to make them how you like, and checking all the cables for the tv and ps4 into the wall cavity that is all hidden.

Here are some pics of my labour and passion for basketball my question to use is,

Does anyone else have the same passion and if so show us your man caves :)

Also i have a table that i am working on that will be another week away but it will be basically like a table/chest where i can keep all my other cards inside it and on the rop is a glass covered cavity with a snother signed jersey inside :) i will update this post in a week when its done:)

Can you (easily) get any of those Irving cards out from behind the glass?
ie will you be adding or updating them at all?

Also good to see other sports (the football on the tv) are welcome :)
 
Awesome collection.

ALso love the fact that you are watching the Eagles destroy GWS and watching Kennedy kicking 11 straight goals. All Class.
Let's hope this is the change for them.
 
James I think I need to send my wife to visit you - that is amazing I could only dream of something like that (She'd love it cause I could have all my "stuff" in one room)
 
I wasnt allowd everything on display but who am i to complain i am blessed that my misses lets me evan have this haha

The sad thing is James, that's only half of it bro. I have a heap on the walls of the double garage too. :thumbsup:

Also converted one of the spare rooms into an ESSENDON BOMBERS memorabilia room :wave:

Wow that is unreal,arnt we lucky that our partners accept our hobbies and let us have our own space.

My misses found a bean bag that is like a basketball on ebay shes the best cant wait to get that.

Hey i would have to pull of the frame around the cabinet to get at those cards but i have no intention Of getting them out from there, i thort about that when i was maki.g it but i dont want anyone else to beable to get ro rhem either so i decided sealed in was best. For peace of mind

I remember when I had a man cave to myself....


I have a MJ room set up with Cards(in a glass display case) Jerseys,Shoes,Figurines etc etc... :goat:
But because I have a 55inch TV, Foxtel,League Pass, PS3, PS4, Apple TV and WDTV hooked up to a 4tb full of movies, my misses decided she likes to watch TV in my man cave and comes in and tries to take over...And pretty much has....:mad:

Even had to move the table tennis table to make room for her books....:cry:

Having a fire place at one end is the worst in the winter, the misses never leaves the room....:eek:

Here is mine :)


First, the Lillard stand got a print



2nd, the biggest card in my collection got a massive print of its own - right over the Klay Thompson collection stand :D



I also wanted to show love to my NT set chase and went with this



Finally, some Lillard love to go around the room as well
