Paypal accounts, which is better?

I want to start up a paypal account for both buying and selling, probably moreso for buying, but am unsure which account type to join up for: personal or premium. Any suggestions or info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ok, thanks matey... It says there's no "subscription" fee, right? You only get charged for actual transactions? Looks like the page was written up by a bunch of lawers or something...

person can only accept 5 transactions per year which is absolutely useless if you are active member on eBay and many other paypal enabled websites.

Yes.. there's no subscription fees, once you start using, paypal always generates money and circulates the fortune for them already
