Do we not get our processing fee back for donating to charity any more??

If you have cards sent to us via the Mailbox and you want to donate "bonus" cards to charity, you should be getting the $1 back on that.

Send me an email (staff@comc.com) and I'll forward your info onto the dev team, so we can figure this out.

I was about to request shipment and realised its after 5pm Friday afternoon there already.

Lucky, I'm still here to answer that - the shipping team will come in for a few hours on Saturdays to process any time-sensitive orders, as well as be here when the mail carrier comes by. But, once the mail is dropped off, they usually go home and enjoy what's left of the weekend.

Well so far things have been pretty smooth with me in getting cards processed and ready to ship. Just waiting on one to be processed and one to arrive and I will get them shipped out with the cards I bought in store.

Bit concerned if the seller didn't send the gold ref without a toploader if its not pictured in one like the others...

damn not looking good for you, 3 sent in PWE's and another without a toploader. Have you been messing with the ebay gods?

Well when you're paying no P&H for domestic US postage it tends to be in the PWE... I can live with that for thin cards, but no toploader on such a rare ref I needed isn't...

COMC sometimes take them out for the photo if they are covered in tape or adhesive residue.

Is anyone else unable to login to COMC?

I'm certain I've typed my password correctly but it keeps telling me my login attempt was unsuccessful.

is anyone having problems logging in to their comc account? it wont even let me reset password through email (reset it cause my pw wasnt working all of a sudden) it sends the link but wont go past the reset pw page? its really pissing me off, ive sent an email to comc but lately it seems it takes 10 weeks for a reply!
First i thought maybe i had been hacked but it lets me try reset via email just wont log in no matter what.
LOOSING MY SHIIIIT

I had this trouble and found I had to click the keep logged in box at the log in page and that seemed to work, hope this helps

A bit stupid. I actually had my password reset, then the email link directed me to comc to enter a new password which I did..

Then that password would not work.. but the OLD one still does!!!

Top stuff.

Sounds like a database issue at the server. Others are complaining that an error message is appearing when you search, instead of bringing up anything. It probably just went down momentarily.
