I'm more curious about how many people will own the 36 cards. Will it be 2-3 or 20-30?
 
Would these cards look similar to the ones in 2014 new set? I'm happy to put a bid or two to get one of these

Intriguing... Maybe some of the numbers 1's won't be up for auction style bids at all. There could be a fixed $$ price to get your name in and a random winner is selected. As per one of the earlier posts if everyone has a fair chance at snagging a number 1 this would make sense as otherwise there would be a limit on who bids. Food for thought anyways!!
 
Absolutely it is but from the few hints that Matt has dropped I have a feeling the sale / auction of a few of these #1 cards might run differently than expected.
 
I'm not a fan of cards going to the highest bidder as it's only the people with a lot of $$$ that can get them. They should all be put in boxes so anyone has a chance to get one. Even then most of the big sellers would get them but at least us mere mortals would have a slight chance :)
I do like the charity aspect of this though that's great work from ESP to donate proceeds to charity :)
 
the good doctor has boycotted esp releases am i right? and aussiebloke is selling off because he isnt impressed with esp either, theres your two deepest pockets gone, so you never know the average collector might have a chance at these if they are prepared to pay a little more than usual.
 
Terry told me the funds are going to secondbite.org who give fresh and nutritious food to those in needs - particularly kids. (correct me if im wrong here @Matt26)

So the old first world problems that us collectors have here dont really compare to poor kids getting something we all take for granted.

Nice to see this Robin Hood effort from ESP.
