What is your favourite release of all time?

For me its the Preferred Series in particular 2012-13 which was all on card autos and of course the silhouettes!

I also have a soft spot for Immaculate and for Upper Deck fans 2007-08 Chronology or 2009-10 SP Game Used.

But when it comes to the crunch anything Exquisite 2003/04-2009/10 has to be the golden ticket!

very tough to call. There's so many.

My favourite release, and I've never been lucky enough to bust a pack, is 96/97 Flair, absolutely revolutionary for its time. 3 base sets to make a full set, plus one of the greatest parallels of all time, add a cracking 90's insert in the Hot Shots set, along with one of the best rookie classes of all time. Great!!!

But there's so many and I'm biased.

Exquisite 03 to 10 - Panini should take note of how a highend product should be designed and what feel they have
04-05 Finest - Great range refractors, xfractors & 1/1s
11-12 Gold Standard - Huge range of legends and stars with awesome on card autos and patches/gu
07-08 Artifacts - Great range of parallels, patches and 1/s

All Fleer/SkyBox products from the 1996-97 season to the 1999-00 season, especially those with chances to pull Autographics cards (my all-time favorite sets).
I also enjoy the Stadium Club cards during this time span - great action photos, not to mention the Co-Signers dual-autograph sets (my favorite sets are 1997-98 and 1998-99, very underrated in my opinion).

Reminds me of busting cards as a kid, busted a heap now I have the funds and still have some awesome chase cards and hard to find numbered inserts, boxes are hard to come by, what more could ya want!

Obviously I couldn't agree more with the Exquisite call.

I would exclude 06/07 though as it is mainly horrid. But...... the reason why Exquisite was so good each year was because Upper Deck took risks in changing up the Design.

Overall, very hard to go past Exquisite, it really is still the pinnacle.

Actually I might have to change my vote.

I'll show pics:)

This was the first set I put together with base AND inserts, I was lucky enough to bust a box of series 1 and 2 as I was getting back in to the Hobby, it was so much fun as these were about $10 per pack in 96 and probably the highest end product and unaffordable for me as a 12 year old, ha ha.

Flair is probably my favourite series, although it declined MASSIVELY in the 00's.

Not my pics but I still have the base and some inserts, I sold off the Hot Numbers, Playmakers and Anticipation sets.

From UD I'd have to throw up Black. No particular year, just a stunning product. From Panini I most enjoyed 12-13 Select, however this years Prizm has given me so much to chase... I love a good rainbow!

All fleer cards, great designs and nice looking base cards and their inserts are better that a lot of the rubbish they put out today and try and charge us an arm and leg for a box of them
