Ok good news on the lexiemindyourmanners one (now changed ebay name to lexieevans today):
Paypal decided in my favour and refunding me my money though I have to wait while they attempt to draw funds back out of sellers account - not sure what happens if they can't get any..
Just opened a dispute on the second and have to wait a week to be able to escalate it - hopefully they just refund and it's over.
Seriously going to tighten up the reins on who I buy from in future I think.

The cards are almost the same lot as was listed under the scammers account that I got done by.
Look closely and the simon mannering listing from the old account:
