Am I blind or is this title and description misleading?

Very misleading indeed.
It surprises me though that I've reported a dude to eBay, with an Iverson auction, with a misleading 1/1 title just because it was serially stamped with a different number out of #/299. But eBay did not do anything about it and the auction went on until it expired.
