have you got a delayed settlement? you said you can save for 3 months?

I move into my place in about 6 weeks now...we had a 6 month settlement...which was awesome - we've slashed our loan by 22K plus avoided mortgage insurance - Ive been living on $6 bucks a week though...but its all worth it!

Yeah, its my (our - girlfriend Suzy) 1st home...

And bargey... no, its not numbered to bogut's Jersey... does have a 6 though...

The settlement is just under 3 months... Start of May.... Before we move in we're re-doing the kitchen, putting in new carpet in the bedrooms and polishing the floor boards, so it will be awesome when we finally move in!!! Can't wait!!!!

It backs onto a golf course too, so free golf!!!! Hopefully the grass won't grow too much with this drought we're having!!!
