Another Case of a Stolen card

Well i am glad to busted this pig lol
It wasnt a huge card or huge amount but i hate the fact he lied.

I recently sold this card -

Member name : pougbasket

He contacted me saying he didnt get it and it just didnt seem right and i was are u sure?
He didnt reply and next thing a case opened and he got refunded because i couldnt provide tracking.

Today i woke up to see this -

Ive contacted ebay and opened a case against it and screen shot them, im currently on the phone with ebay to see what can we do.

I didnt want to contact the seller yet as i would like everything done so i can when i contact him explain everything ive done..

So im told the refund will be granted and they will be investigating the buyers account )))

I cant wait till im off the phone to contact the buyer telling him all this and even if he removes the item they still have proof and so do i

Ok so finished up and ebay 100% are on my side and refunding me within 24-48hrs.
I decided not to contact him as im sure he has done his more then once as he continues to sells the same cards which makes me think this isnt the first time, and i dont want him to think about all the guys and not just me who he has ripped off.

Funny thing ebay first said sorry because there is no proof of delivery on tracking even though its the same card.
I went off on the phone and he got a second opinion and granted it lol

I wrote him and told him basically I've complained and forwarded everything to eBay and there investigating his account and he replied -
