I noticed recently that COMC is now sending any number of cards all around the world for a flat rate of USD$3. This is a great thing, however, I have requested a package shipped for a month now and it has yet to arrive.

My question is, are they using a different shipping method to achieve this low cost? and is that the reason why it has taken so long? anyone here have the same experience?

They've been doing the flat $3 for around 6 months I think, usually takes around 5 weeks for me to receive my packages.

I gave up on using COMC a long time ago even though their shipping price is great I never got my cards in anything less than 8 weeks.

Maybe I'm just impatient

I am not fussed about the time, I just want to know when I should start wondering if the package is lost. And if I do, they are insured right?

Mine were sent normal method (was a big box with 2 mini boxes inside for graded cards/booklets). Paid the $14 to clear my mailbox and it came about 2.5 weeks later. The first time I used it, it was around 4 weeks. Used standard shipping both times but the 2nd time my email had a tracking number in it (bonus!!)

Any idea what happens when they process your mailbox? do the cards show up as For Sale or Not For Sale? is there a way to specify that?

all my comc deliveries (done 4 now) arrive within 10-15 working days, closer to the 10 as a general rule - im an hour outside of melbourne cbd.

I have always gone with the regular shipping method and normally get my package within 2 weeks. But I remember last time was a pretty long wait as well.

always used priority shipping and got it within 2 weeks. Helps that I'm shipping about 40 cards at a time to keep the shipping cost per card down

Thought I would let everyone know, I just recieved my COMC delivery 4 working days after requesting for dispatch. Can't get much better than that, not even the premium freight options used!

Selected the middle one so that I got tracking(when I put up my mailday shortly you'll see why). There's another 60 odd items in it, some mailbox some purchased off their site.
