bad condition of card that arrived today

Hi guys, i received this SPGU wood impressions Maggette card in the mail today from the USA (i purchased it off ebay). Have a look at the poor condition of the card, it couldn't have been damaged in the mail cause it was to well packed (in bubble mailer, team bag & thick plastic card holder). I have sent an email to the seller asking for a partical refund or if i can send the card back and get a full refund. There was no mention of the card being in poor conditon in the ebay listing other wise i wouldn't have bought it. I also sent scans of the creases in the card to the seller so he knows what i am talking about. The creases in the card are on each side of the card below the players name.

So i hope we can come to a good agreement. I will keep you guys updated. If it turns bad then i will name the ebay sellers name but atm i wont name the seller.

Mat, yep i paid with paypal, i don't pay any other way when dealing with international sellers.

i don't have any special programs to zoom in and have a good look at the card so i can just go by the pic in the ebay listing. Check the below ebay pic.

just a quick update fellas, the seller requested that i send the card back and he will give me a refund, so card was sent back today now i just have to play the waiting game for the refund when he receives the card. And don't worry i wont let it go over the paypal limit of 45 days to lodge a claim.
