Just saw the checklist for Flawless and I think I need a tissue.

I was under the impression I was done having to buy Payton cards for the rest of the year (since there been about a thousand of them so far), to my surprise there are 17 new Payton autos in Flawless :(

Not to mention 9 of them are 1/1's FML

Anyone else about to be raped by this product?

While I wasnt impressed with the checklist (lots and lots of parallels) I still get the feeling they are holding back something. I would hope so!

I've all but given up chasing my PC player.. Parallels are now shitting me.. Especially when the only difference is a very small bit of foil.. Plus the increase in postage from the US. I feel like panini is taking the piss now...
Looking forward to the new season to invigorate some stoke

Yeah that new global shipping program blows hey?
$40 shipping on a $5 card lol

I think I'll just go for the 1/1s from Flawless or just one card from each of the 9 different sets so i save some coin. I can understand rainbows but when there's 9 different rainbows in one set it's just ridiculous.

parrallels are ok up to IMO 3, but 5 IS a flapping joke..

Panini sgnatures is a joke product... one whih they're laughing at how much I've chased nearly every Kemp in the damn thing..

The intrigue product is the flapping same... nearly every all star player has ten cards with a slightly different pose on it.. FLAP OFF.
check ebay and have a look at the intrigue product.. 10 card sets of each player that look nearly the same.

Basketball cards are becoming a joke. Way to many releases in a year. Sucks to be a player collector.
and there are now so many 1/1s around that they could literally hand you anything and call it a 1/1 and people would want it. Someone at panini could draw a picture of a chicken on a napkin and put 1/1 on it and someone on ebay would buy it for $500.

I guess when you pick a rookie player to PC you can confine yourself to the rookie year and feel comfortable, I know I have... I wasn't even slightly interested in the printing plates or low numbered parrallels that hit the bay out of SCORE 2013 as I only collect 2011 cards (VBrowns rookie year) Becket says there are 513 diff cards from 2011 for a 3rd round pick .... but in this case with retired vet's such as Payton and Kemp where the rookie year stuff is such a small percentage of their cards (and no auto's, low #ed parallels, game used, etc) where do you draw the line??? Seriously, 9 1/1's of a retired player in a product??? Thats a joke! However, as already mentioned... while people keep buying them the companies will keep making them

Doesn't look like Aminu's in flawless, not that I'm surprised. I couldn't imagine someone paying $1250 and their biggest hit was an Aminu inscriptions 1/1, lol! Anyway, I'm glad they don't have anything, cause he just had 12 more cards release in intrigue which I was expecting, with 4 being 1/1's! I agree with the sentiments that too many releases and parallels this year for player collectors, it's sort of killing my wallet and my dude's stuff goes cheap, can't imagine how the expensive player collections go. It's pretty much the reason I'm focusing more on just my Aminu PC and picking up Kemp's and Drummond's when I see good prices.
