is it ok to name and shame memebers on ebay that buy and wont buy and not contact you?

hi guys i put a heap of cards up on ebay that sold but 3 members from ebay wont pay and they brought quiet a few cards . ive messaged them over 4 times each and its been 5 to 6 days now with no response. do u think its ok to name and shame members that do this as i cant leave negitive feedback:mad:??

I open NPB cases after 5 days unless they contact me asking for longer!

You can name them if you like too as it is especially annoying when (like my Danny Green sales) the cards are worth much less by the time you relist them again!
 
This is a good reminder, to specify in your auction/sale things like;

Payment required within 48hours of auction end.

If you do not specify a time period that you require payment, then its arguable that they can take as long as they wish to pay you.

But, yes I would be a little negged at people not replying messages to atleast give an indication when they intend to pay the bill.
 
i had this happen last week, an australian member puchased 1 of myu cards as a "buy it now" 7 days later still no payment. over the net 7 days i sent 7 messages, 1 per day with not 1 response.

Now thats Bollocks.. A Buy It Now (IMO) should indicate that you expect payment within 48hrs.
No reply to messages for one week = a big fat NEG feedback with a nasty comment.:mad:
 
Yeah its beyond bollocks, i gave him the benefit of doubt, i gave him multiple chances and i even said i would cancel the tranaction with no qusetions asked as long as he contcted me to let me know but NOTHING! you should be about to leave negative feedback for users like this.
 
ebay buyers seem to be getting worse!!! I think most know that they have as long as what they want, because they have the three to five days you offer them, then usually you send a courtesy reminder, then you open a case and by that time they have had about a week and a half to get the money together or not pay you at all...have had so many non payers lately or the best ones are: "can you please cancel my transaction because my three year accidently purchased your lebron james pmg green for bin $9999.95" mind you the fees had been put on the account straight away and I was supposed to believe this wanker!!! now I am still waiting on a ebayer who bought a redemption card from me who says he hasn't received it even though I clearly stated that you don't receive the card but code only!!! I sent him the code via ebay message and he still opened a case, I responded straight away nearly two weeks ago and am still waiting on a response, meanwhile they hold your funds and charge you a fee...unfucking believable....
 
Unfortunately, thats feeBay in a nutshell. No matter what, feeBay get their cut of the pie. :thumbsdown:

As for those others hittin BIN's and then backing out with an excuse, that's not on. Unfortunate for you Aram.:(

thats suck i had that happen to me 2 , hay why not stick something else up there while they have have u bent over lol. feebay is getting worse , that's why you should be aloud to give negative feedback as a seller to
