Been doing some reading, and its mentioned that 2 of 2 means there are 2 cards.. not 1/1 of Payton 1/1 of Kemp collating to a 2/2 as mentioned above.
There is the mention of a Payton/Kemp dual logoman in the linked thread.

Half-way down that page user: tristan20 says a Payton/Kemp dual logoman sold for $2600. Is that the one you purchased Nick?

lol I wish I had that sort of cash, I'm going to be struggling to pay the bills for the next couple months after this one. Would love to have the Malone/Stockton too, such awesome 90s combos in this set. A CWebb/Spree dual would have been crazy.

Needed to double check that such a card existed or not!

This, the malone/stockton, robinson/duncan and hardaway/shaq are some of the best 90s duos in the set. Apart from westbrook/durant and lebron/wade the other duos seem odd/random.

I mean there is a Garnett and Allen one. They don't even like each other anymore (well Garnett at least)

I've been losing sleep now that I'm back in the card chasing game.. And in part because of this thread and the prospect of the 1/2 Payton/Kemp dual with the gold logoman...

I've been thinking about how much coin I would need to nab that badboy? I know you got away with this one for $2600 which is incredible! I am definately willing to pay that for the 1/2, but I'll probably need monumental help in getting in touch with who-ever pulls it and moreso in landing it.

I like your style! I heard is been pulled but have yet to see any proof. At a guess I'd say you'd need a little more than I paid to snag it since there's a few guys around wanting it unless you manage to work a deal off auction

Cheers Mico, I'd say my collection is up there but there's a guy in China who I reckon might give it a run. Havn't seen his collection yet but he bids on nearly everything I do. I know he's more focused on Panini stuff though, so maybe I'd have him on volume. There was a big collector in Japan too but he's sold off a lot of his Payton's, he sold a couple big cards I needed and someone else snagged them which havn't come back up so I reckon there's another GP collector quietly going about business that I'm unaware of. I'm hoping this logoman has taken me to the next level though

This card has inspired me to watch some more old school games and I decided to start with Game 6 of the 95-96 Finals This is one heck of a card, it doesn't get much better! Seriously awesome, congratulations!
