Official 2013-14 NBA Regular Season Thread - SPOILERS!

The Bulls, Clippers, Grizzlies and Bobcats have all showed interest in the 37-year-old free agent, who believes he has a couple more years left of competing at a high level. "I think last year, getting the opportunity to play for the Lakers and their organization, I really jumped into it," Jamison said. "Didn't really view my options, but this year I really want to make sure I'm going to the right situation, where I have a good rapport with the coaching staff and also with management I'm able to communicate and get an understanding of what they want from me. I really can't wait for Rosé to come back and tear shit up.... So
Many haters that think they have a right to be critical of a guy taking his time physically and mentally to come back from a debilitating injury.... No one knows how he felt, no one knows how much it affected him just a bunch if arm chair warriors.... Blah blah blah Kobes returning early, blah blah blah.... He has to cos if he waits like Adam said he'd almost be 40.... Rosé has years left in him, not 1 or 2..... Multiple MVP years at that!

Yeah re Rose, I'd rather him take his time rather than come back early to look tough and re-injure 5 games in.
Some people heal faster too.

But damn, I missed watching him play! Never been this keen for a season to start I reckon, so much happening!

Totally agree man, well said!!!

The Magic have yet to reach an agreement with small forward Hedo Turkoglu, another veteran player whose contract is only partially guaranteed for next season. Turkoglu, a 13-year veteran who has been with the Magic for two stints, is hoping to work out a buyout with the Magic so that he too can join a veteran-laden team. The 32-year-old Turkoglu averaged career lows across the board last season, but is hoping he can still catch on with another team and continue his NBA career. NBA.com

I wonder if Turk would come back the Spurs?

He is not the same player these days but he could play a R. Horry style role in being a 3 pt threat.

He would fit the Spurs off the bench. Wouldn't surprise me if he signed with a contender, the Heat are signing every man and their dog.
