Busting 1x 99-00 E-X

Hey folks back with another break, busting 99-00 E-X should be fun, only chasing the base set so hit me up if anything else catches your eye.

Will just post the hits and other notables.


Will start with one pretty nasty negative before showtime. A few of the card fronts had peeled of the cardboard pretty badly, only 4-5 but when you're only getting 3 cards per pack it sucks a bit.

Overall had a lot of fun with this bust like the 99-00 SPx I busted recently the base set is very nice to look at. And I ticked a heap off the list.

The Rookies (Two per box it would seem).

Beat the odds and got a 1:3 box hit, pity about the player (idiot).

And my love affair with pulling White Chocolate inserts continued.

These are quite easy on the eye (Two HOFers and one bust not bad).

I remember a time when Jason Terry could actually be described as Explosive, damn I feel old.

Have always liked the look of these in pics but in person they are even nicer (might be another set chase).

Hi mate, busted a box of these a while back. Had issues with a few base cards peeling off too, the nature of how they are made makes them easy to damage i think. Was a fun bust and i pulled a few nice inserts and an autographics.

If my memory serves me correct i was a couple of cards short of a base set, perhaps had some doubles. I'm not sure though. Let me know if you are chasing any base cards and i will check what i have when i get home from holidays in a weeks time.

They are indeed, do you know if the green or blue parallels actually have numbering on card? Apparently the reds are to 1500 but can't see a number.

Seems strange these days that mem cards were ratioed at a rarer rate than autos, must have been a big thing when they first appeared (during my collecting hiatus).

I'll have a look when i get back home in a week or so Think i have an E-xceptional Stephon Marbury will a little wear to one back edge of the card (not too much, just how it came out of the packet) too which you'd be welcome to for free if you're going to chase the set. I pulled an Iverson in the same box too but pretty sure i sold it.
