Yep, there's going to be MANY unhappy costomers.

I'd love to know what would be included in these Redemptions.

Ya never know, THEY could be the 86-87 Cards???
 
Upper Deck think the market is stupid. Well when the revolution comes and more and people stop buying their miss and miss products then they may come to realise that just having a large market share doesn't automatically allow you to cheat and swindle your customer base.

And the stupid thing is UD are most likely going to make buying their product harder and more expensive buy by not supplying to certain internet retailers.
The hardest part is that Topps are not much of a choice either (for me anyway!!)

donruss wanted to have a bite of the NBA card pie, but never got approved for it, not sure why, pity though...

thats a shame, coz i always liked the look of DOnruss's cards....Upper Deck is going to kill the industry, people will be driven away from the hobby because of their actions...

trying to what? rip people off! there is no mention on that sell sheet of buybacks from 88-89. Damn it id love to burn down upper deck HQ *shakes fist*
 
I was thinking of getting a box or two around Xmas time but now I have gone totally cold on the product after seeing all the scam buybacks. Isn't there grounds for legal action against Upper Deck?
 
I think that the "random player" auto is just to cover UD's rear ends incase that player doesnt sign, and the fact that they don't have a check list proves it.
 
Well, UD doesn't what they're doing, but heres one thing I do know...we are going to be looking at a lot of crappy breaks over the next few weeks from the cases Chad organised!
