i hope they stick with the halves. i hate pearce but dont change it now. merrit needs to go and never come back. he might need to go to play NSW or Bundy to get some confidence back after that.

Mini is playing for Italy in the world cup at the end of year and is not allowed to play origin this year
If Hayne is still injured I think Brett Stewart is an option. It would be silly to change halves for the decider.
Good game of footy still and nicely set up for the decider. The dual sin binning was a joke, Merrin should have got ten, penalty QLD and end of story. Luke Lewis was again NSW best, I think he and Parker are the best back rowers in the game ATM

what you mean stewart hes out for longer than hayne isnt he? hasnt played for like 6 weeks.
merrin and hodges shouldve gone, the other two didnt deserve it. anyone who said hodges didnt throw one is kidding themselves. he threw one and did a bit of a creagh but not to the same extent as he saw bird come flying in.
i thought farah was NSW's best he didnt stop trying, tackled all night and showed pearce what a halfback is supposed to do when he set up morris.

After just watching the replay agin I did notice Hodges little jab so ten was okay for him also. Farah is always great, smart and a fierce competitor but SMITH controls the ruck and game so well and never gets frustrated and his kicking game from dummy half is the best you will see.
