I imagine a lot of people buy/trade overseas using the USD as the currency.
With the Australian dollar falling from around (AUD:USD) 1:1.06 in the last few months to low of 1:0.92 has it begun to affect you yet?

I am actually on holiday at the moment, so that has been my main reason for noticing the sharp decline and some shitty conversions rates!

I haven't been buying that much recently but if it goes back to $1.20 for a USD then I may struggle to collect higher end stuff.

It would affect me alot.

May even sell some things and cash in a little.

it only affect me after i push the buy button, but good for selling off a ton of card atm:D

Damn, hobby wise this is really going to hurt my NT preorders... Worse, on the business side of things it's slashed my margins!

I'll probably lay off the DA orders for a while unless there's some crazy sale on. Going to the States in Nov... lucky I bought plenty of USD when The conversion rate was ~ $1.08 in our favour :)

Geez, a rate of around 0.90 cents is still good, when it goes back to around 0.60 like it did when the GFC hit, then perhaps then it will be time to complain

paypal down to .88 cents now

also when you shelling out $6K on cases and at the time of preorder was 1:1 and now at this rate, it adds about $600 to the order lol.

Boring economics observation below (my opinion):

If the US continue to improve (or atleast stop printing money etc) then the AUD will continue to slide as foreign cash in Aust will continue to exit.

As others have said, it may be a good time to sell stuff in USD.
