Yeah, maybe but you never know. I was covering your VC to Capt loop hole with SBW just in case he went big......jeez he was ordinary last night but still managed 53.

I need the 2 points more than you anyway.

yeah i was hoping he would but didnt really matter in the end, hes going to see a massive drop probs 30k+

they took lokos try assist off him so that was good for me your only 40 in front now not 60. i dont know who to pick as actual captain now. ill have to run with a roughie i think to have any chance of beating you.

Josh Mansour or Farah I think woukd be your best bets as I don't have either. ;)

ahahah im going with mansour i think, i think they can towell up the tigers and he should be playing now theyve got 2nd tier salary problems
 
I just saw the post on the Panthers 2nd tier issues, what a joke if the kid is upto it and the coach wants him why they can't pick him is beyond me.

Why doesn't Moylan say I'll play for free he would be much better off playing NRL than NSW Cup.
 
lol.. havent really check out this league. im in abother couple h2h leagues and soooooo many people picked sonny bill as captain.. most people would have had him for VC for the stupid loophole.

let me vert. i hate the rolling lockout. its garbage.. it allows people to chop and change their team all weekend, whereas i dont really have the time to do that.. i would spend some time on friday and do my team then it should be set.. i hate the loophole. its for cheaters. if you think someone will score high. pick them as your captain. dont be a pussy and play the loophole. damn. /end rant/

up the knights.

I'm no fan of it either and am pretty much in the same boat as you, time poor so no real scope to chop and change, but the loophole exists so have no problem with someone using it............unless its against me. :)

i got burnt by it a few weeks ago in another league.. wasnt happy about it.. but if they allow it. fair enough. i have to now cover my self by putting the VC on players like SBW last night just in case they do the same thing..
 
just pick your best friday night player as the VC. if they go 110+ use the loopwhole..

im a fan of it, brings another degree of thinking into it. by the end of the season we all almost have the same team, so by bringing this in its a way to get an edge on the bloke your vsing in head to head.

wasnt a huge fan at the start, but then i had it explained to me the way i just did, and yeah now i can see its upside potential.

Very happy that I traded in David Nofoaluma this week for $87.500, scored me 91 yesterday
 
He was a good pick for this week. However. I don't think he will play again. Looks to be injured. Plus a few tigers are back this week. Need to be watching trades at this stage of the game.
 
yeah i agree. i got him aswell just because i needed the downgrade and anythony don wasnt playing. but yeh he played on one leg for the last 30 mins of the game and wanted to come off, but they had no one to bring on.

Nah no need for me to watch my trades, my season is pretty much done :(
 
I brought in Nofo...looks like most people did. Bright future, was a big contributor in winning the u20's comp last year. Looking forward to the Marika-Nofo-Tedesco 1-2-5 combo for years to come. I think he will get more opportunities this season as long as his injury isn't long term. We have Ayshford and Lawrence due back any day but who else is there? Tuquiri has been injured for two years, Utai...puhlease, Reddy....Ugh! Season is hanging on by a thread...blood the juniors i say!!!
 
I only did one trade this week and that was to bring in Nofoaluma to down grade Toutai, bank some cash and to cover GIRDS....glad I did. :cool:
 
oh yeah he dislocated his elbow in the act of completely brushing away sika manu. maybe he will keep his spot lets hope so
 
I hope Parker has a stinker tonight, might be able to grab a win if he does. Kevin Locke not playing really screwed my round
