A positive hobby story

Ok so ive had my cranky pants of late for various reasons but i wanted to share with you guys a positive story that has happened recently.

I have recently started to buy up redemption's, i know the risk's of doing this but for some reason it appeals to me.

So when i see an ebay user who has a lot for sale i try and go for as many as i can afford.

I found one seller http://myworld.ebay.com/miraclemona218?_trksid=p2047675.l2559 who had a truck load for sale, so i bid on all of them.

i won most, say about 17 cards (redemption's and 12-13 timeless treasure glass rookies) around the 26th of last month and received them on monday 3rd of this month.
Keeping in mind postage was from china.

With them all bundled i was only charged $6 postage with tracking #winning

As i opened the very secure plastic cases i noticed a few others inside

1. 12-13 select hot stars stephen curry red
2. 10-11 limited decade dominance Tim Duncan Jersey 80-99
3. 1 free pack of Kobe Anthology.

This just absolutely blew me away, i mean it was only about $60 worth of cards but to me that's just huge generosity.

Dude has 100% positive feedback @ over 1000 deals and now i know why.

I have messaged him to say a big thank you, and very appropriate feedback was left.

So there is life, in this sometimes stale world.

Hey Matt 100% agree with you i have bought with him in april two cards ( around 20$ in total ) and when i received his package there is inside a Evan Fournier numbered card, and a numbered of Chris Paul in gift .

He is a very great seller ! I was very surprise and happy it's not too often that's i see that's on eBay.

Good to know that there are still some good people out there. You never really know what to expect when buying off eBay. But i will check this guy out for sure!

As I was reading your post I didnt really pay much attention to the actual sellers name at first. Then as I continue to read on, I am thinking to myself, hey the same thing happened to me as well, and I then make the point of checking out the sellers name, and, no surprises, its the same guy I had dealt with.

I had only purchased a couple of redemptions (both Morris twins cards) and only in the realms of around $15 total in value, and yet I received 6 cards from select including a Darren Collison, which I was stoked to receive, and was more than happy to let him know, both privately in an eBay message, and in my actual feedback.

Clearly there are still sellers (and people in general) out there in eBay-world who are happy to provide a little bit extra at no benefit to themselves, which should serve to remind us that more often than not, its the little things that count to most people.

Thanks Matt for the pleasant reminder to me, and a few others here, that whilst eBay can most seem like it is full of sharks, there are a few great people out there who provide us with that feel good story that keeps me coming back for more.

I had the same experience with miraclemona! Possibly the best eBay seller around.
The packages always come wrapped in a smile too

And I love that he/she always makes the effort to give freebies that are actually part of your PC or related to your other purchases, it's amazing!

It seems miraclemona's auctions always end higher than those of other sellers, simply because there are so many returning customers.
And that's great, I would gladly pay him/her more than I would some other seller.
The 100% feedback is certainly well-deserved!
