Anyone else having or had trouble creating an account with Panini America?

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to create an account with Panini America to redeem some redemptions I have. Every time I fill in my details and hit submit everything gets erased and takes me back to the beginning. I've tried multiple times with no success. Am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong?

Any information or help would be greatly appreciated.

It's all pretty straightforward, so might be some glitch in their site. They have a contact link at the bottom of the Homepage, might be worth shooting them an email if it continues to drop out.
