This case share is offered by new forum members Mr & Mrs Trading Cards and will be managed by me for Graham. Boxes will be $90 and postage is $12.00 Mr & Mrs Trading Cards have a guarantee from their supplier in the USA that the product will be with them within 5 days of release, this gives us a postage out date for share members no later than 23 Apr 13. Details of the release as follows:

Packs: 24 per SDU
Boxes: 12 boxes to a case
Base Set: 90 card
Chase Sets: 18 Card Avengers v X-men (1:12), 9 Card Battle Scars (1:12), 9 Card Gold Plastic (1:24), 90 Card Red Parallel (1:3), 90 Card Gold Parallel numbered to 75 (1:24)
Sketch Cards: Each box will contain 2 sketch cards that will form a 2 sketch puzzle (2:24).

It's in Australia, we should be getting it tomorrow, we will post tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday morning and take it in to the shop wednesday. I'll update tomorrow anyway to let you know when we get it

Greatest Battles has not yet been cleared by customs. It has been there 3 days and cannot be given a time frame. The post office just said it depends on the backlog. Anyone wanting a refund will be given one or whoever is happy to wait we will be sending something extra for the wait. We strive to provide the best service wecan but unfortunately cannot control the postage system. I am really sorry to everyone who is waiting and we hope it won't be too long. Once it is released from botany it takes 12 hrs to get to the brisbane sorting facility then gets sent out for delivery.

I had some packages go through Botany over the weekend and they have taken an extra 2 days to get to me.

Not much you can do about customs!!

UPS usually seem way faster than USPS and don't seem to have the customs hang ups... Don't think there much/any more expensive either. Not sure why customs would even be holding them unless there was a paperwork issue or something ?

I know it can't be helped, and everyone is doing their best, but it's a bit of a pity that these breaks rarely seem to go according to plan. At this rate I'll have both my orders for boxes of GB that were placed a week apart from D & A's before I see the ones from this break - and I ordered/paid for these OCT ones first ! Not too encouraging for future breaks I'm afraid, but I'll hang in there for this one...

When we go through D&A they use UPS and we get it within four days, we only had one customs hold up with them which was about a week. Our new contact had us quoted at $400 more on shipping for UPS then USPS which I can't understand because when we went through D&A their UPS price was cheaper than what we have been paying USPS. For GOT 2 I requested ups because of all the problems we've been having with shippingng he sent me back this :

I had 13 items come into the country via DHL over the weekend and they got heldup 48 hours.

I asked them what the holdup was and they said that a ton of items have come into the country in the lead up mothers day and Customs was struggling to process them all.

Cant really blame Mr and Mrs Trading Cards on this one Trev.

That's just crazy... Me thinks he's well and truly trying to rip you off.

D & A are quoting $81 shipping per case, and experience tells me it usually ends up being a little lower...

Yep it would be just under 200 UPS from D&A but we got them way cheaper than we can get from them even with a premium membership and discount. We try and get the lowest price possible so we can sell it cheaperbut after this I'm not wanting to use USPS again :/
