Yes. That is on the roof of Dugan's house. The police were called by neighbours over noise complaints. Besides drinking while injured which is against club policy, he has been reported to have skipped rehab.

Speaking generally - as sometimes deeper problems are legitimate - I'm getting tired of people using some type of illness as an excuse. As in "I only got drunk/hit my girlfriend/broke team rules/gambled my pay check because I'm suffering from depression".

A lot of people just need to grow up and learn to act responsibly, and if they don't they will face the consequences

Of course, if people do have problems, they should get help, it just shouldn't be a get out of jail free card!
