If that info above is correct I'm glad I didn't go in the shares for any boxes now. I'll just get my few Raiders cards and that will be it for me with this set.

It's not all that bad....the shares were $118, about $12 more than the Champions pack price for a box last year. They had 0% chance of a signature card

2012 Retirements – 10 cards in set -1 per 9 packs
2012 Chart Toppers – 9 Cards in set - 1 per 18 packs
NRL Premierships – 13 cards in set - 1 per 36 packs
2013 Young Guns (Signed) – 16 cards in set - I per 216 packs
Legends (Signed) – 2 cards in set - 1 per 2,160 packs

Good point, i don't know where gb70packers got those figures from....but yes, some ratios conflict with what we received earlier today from Ikon's site.

Correct Brendan. That was from Ikons website. We may need some clarification here.

You're right that they are better than the old champions but 1 in 6 box chance for a sig isn't going to get me to buy any boxes.

So that means 1040 cases allowing for 2 young guns per case or 2000 cases allowing for 1 legends signature per 5 cases it dose not add up!!! Which is it??? I can see a lot of unsold cases again.

They are not redemptions, all signature cards are inserted in packets.

Where did you get this info from?

I think Select will definately be missed but there is plenty to like about this ESP release. After seeing what Select have served up to the AFL collectors though I am kind they are not doing NRL at the moment.

There must be a total of 200 legend sigs. Not 200 each. Only way it will work.

Then that means 1040 cases only or 12480 boxes. Seems low for this type of release considering all the newsagents & Coles Express ect that will be selling these cards.

It is low, but dont forget theres another set due out 4 or so weeks after these are released, a lot of attention will turn to those pretty quick, if they produced a lot more of series one they might risk being stuck with leftovers once the new ones come out.
