Ebay Problem Buyer!

Ive just heard from a eBayer buyer (user id Nichole5404) that bought some cards off me on the 11th of December, asking where they were.

My response basically implied that until she paid for them, they were going to sit in my desk... They claim that they did, as shown in the below quote

As i said to the buyer, i did not have paypal as a payment option, and im unable to see the transaction in my PayPal history.

The buyer claims that it was "not claimed"; im wondering if this transaction happened, and i didnt claim, how would i be able to see it in my PayPal history. Ive looked, and the payment doesnt look like it happened, but im not sure if CAN view it.

Any help with this would be great!

I am no Paypal expert, but it sounds like the buyer may be mildly retarded and have possibly paid the money to someone elses Payal

Or they are lying

Based on the correspondence ive had with them, id be inclined to say they are both.

sometimes when someone pays you via paypal, you have to accept the payment first before it will go through.

YEs but you will receive an email saying the funds are there, but yes, if they try to pay with Credit Card and you have a basic account you will have to accept payment and upgrade your accoutn it wont just go in, but you will get emails about it

If they pay an address that isnt registered with PayPal you need to sign up to "claim" the funds. Otherwise it sits there unclaimed.

Ask them what addy they sent the payment to.

I never got an e-mail about, and also i didnt have paypal as a payment method, which caught me off guard when she said she had paid via paypal.
