Paid for my jersey, $450.00, on the 6th of February, now it's the 14th and my funds still haven't cleared.
Delivery time doesn't worry me, but I'd say the seller would like their funds.
And at least 8 days with other peoples money is wrong, banks need to fix this by being competitive.
 
Paypal needs to be under the same regulations as the banks. If a bank held money on a transaction for eight days they'd be in for all sorts of legal issues. Paypal seems to think they are rule unto themselves.

Thats where they have you. When you add 'funds' to your account, you are essentially spending your money on 'paypal credits'. I don't think it is actual currency until you 'cash out'.

They will never have competition until eBay has competition!
