Hi Guys .. please help me. I was bought from Kamino( Philippines user on dascardboard.eu , (german forum)) exquisite 11/12 michael jordan legacy auto numbered 1/5. He was shipped registered priority mail and when i recived mail and after opened i pulled empty ultra pro holder !!! If anyone will see this card , please let me know .. Seller says to me : he shipped and all was clear... I realy dont know what thinking of this situation. Also anyone know how looking complaint in Philippens post office ?? If he opened ivestigation on post office so he should get any paper from post office ??

Because he told me :

complaints for the post office is discreet-private. It is not an open case.

Is kamino the same member on here that was suspected of being sus not long ago?

Also from what my wife tells me the Filipino postal service is really bad with theft.
 
Yes Kamino is the one that Rodger had some issues with.
Please ask him for some proof that he sent the card.
And yes, it would make sense that ANY service provider in the world will provide you with some documentation when you file a case, the discreet excuse sounds like complete nonsense.
 
Yes i made paypal payment , but after opened a paypal case .. paypal close after 3 days because mail was delivered and paypal not take resposibility if iteam in mail is diffrent from order... ( just on ebay can do something)
 
If i received an empty package in the mail and then found out the seller was dodgy i would just say i never received it and lodge a paypal claim.

You should have asked people for advice first.
Sounds like you opened an "item not received" case. It was delivered = case closed.
You should have opened an "item not as described" case. You ordered a Jordan, you got significantly different (ie nothing) = investigation and probably a refund for you.

Is it too late to open a not as described case or are you screwed since you already tried and failed with one claim?
 
Sorry to hear man, that sucks balls. This hobby has got to the point where now when i sell or buy high end cards i either make or request a video of the card being packaged and handed over to the post office. Its the only way of being 100% Hope you have some luck dude.

NO NO NO and one more time no my friend. I was opened case with " item not as descripted" and also i call to paypal and lady told me how this looking. DElivered diffrent item or empty= your lost !! jus on ebay can you make something !! It was private payment for item so they do nothing !!!!
 
Did you pay by credit card through Paypal? If so then claim through your credit card provider.
