Apparently not... after all the negotiation and after I posted the deal, he came back asking me to declare it at $50 value, which I can't because I have to insure it and because he's paying goods. Can't leave him feedback because he didn't confirm the deal on the transaction thread. So pissed!!

No, it was on HK. Created the deal thread, expected him to accept and send payment, instead he asks me to declare low value. So something I spent $6k on shipped without insurance? Um, no...
