Really, the whole point of a FB system is for an occasion such as this. Furthermore it is a bit irresponsible to just let them off the hook without a neg, as this means others are none the wiser when they make a deal with this person. You dont have to name and shame (although i think they probably deserve it) but i think you do have to leave some feedback reflecting your experience when dealing with this person.

To tell you the truth as far as leaving a neg I do not want to as I believe I will get 1 in return. And I don't want to hear that this forum is not like others or ebay as it could happen and as I do not have the pm discussions anymore if I receive a neg I have no proof from what I see to dispute it.

Bingo! If someone leaves what we consider to be a retaliatory neg, we have the powers to remove and of course we will investigate to see if further action (ie banning) is necessary.

My final statement is this.

I understand other members saying name and shame and leave a neg. But as I do not have any of the pm discussions for an investagation and it has been over 5 weeks now I will not be doing either unless a admin responds to this thread and instructs me to do so. This is the end of it as far as I am concerned unless I am contacted by a admin.

I am treating this incident as a learning experience and in future if I get screwed around no mercy will be shown.

No cards sent & I am not out of pocket. Just got stuffed around alot. But people keep asking questions and say to name and shame, so I keep replying so I am not being rude and not bothering to acknowledge any replies or questions. I just would like people to let it go as well.

What's the point, someone will have 20 positives and no negatives when they should have 20 positives and 15 negatives, and people will deal with them because they think the person is reliable.
