Auckland Airport? I will admit that is a very good Airport. Even the Domestic side is top quality. A lot better than LAX that's for sure! For such a hugley used Airport I LAX is terrible!!
 
Think it was Auckland, very neat and clean and relatively quiet...

Yeah, LAX ain't the best, but it's miles ahead of what it was like back in the 90's... If you ever have time to kill there try the reLAX lounge...you pay for it but it's well worth it. Comfortable and quiet with snacks, drinks etc.
 
I had a stopover in LA when I went to the UK and Euope so figured we would go do a little sight seeing as didn't need to be back at the airport for 8 hours until the next flight. On the way over it was during the day so was all good, hit Santa Monica for a bit of shopping and what not. Way back we arrived got out of the airport just after 6pm so thought we would go find a cool US resturant to check out. Got a taxi to some dining area and within 2 mins we witnessed a gun get gunned down about 50 metres up the road and then the gunman get shot by about the 30 cops chasing him. Needless to say we grapped another Taxi as quick as we could and went straight back to the Airport! Spending 8 hours in LAX was the longest 8 hours of my life!!

plus they charged me $20US for a sandwhich and small bottle of coke!
 
And a little boy waits... still no mail from Al for me yet :cry:

I did get me a couple old school Howie Long cards and a couple of my favourite old looking inserts though.
 
Can anyone remember when Al sent our packages? I seem to have deleted the tracking email and still don't have mine yet... :(
 
Cheers Trevor. I must have deleted the message at some stage for some reason! Would be nice to see the cards before Xmas but I won't count my chickens!

Sweet Neil. I will have a look through some old threads tomorrow and see what I can see. I will also get together all my other Ravens and Chargers incase there is anything else that may interest you.
