So this Durant is fake? How can you tell its fake?

personally, i have pulled autos that dont show up on their website also.

im going to try win it, and send it for grading.... i think the auto looks pretty good personally

Its fake as the card was never made

There are also quite a few cards that have been made that aren't on their online checklists as well.

Personally, so far I'm not convinced these are both fake.

Upperdeck confirmed the card was never made or released and the card number KD was actually Michael Jordan Auto

Kevin Durant was NEVER released in the set

Yep that KD is a fake. Check the scan of the back, where the skybox logo is should be an UpperDeck diamond hologram

this is like a new crazy level though, there not just faking autos they are making cards that dont even exist

Something does not add up there...But still how does anyone explain the MJ gold sig, ive looked it over several times, i even got PSA quick opinion and which said
"likely genuine"

Ive seen many error cards even in my realitvely new collecting days, ive pulled a whole back of UD Greats of Game which had the UD diamond holgram missing, but there was imprint on the cards where it should be. Ive seen spelling mistakes. Wrong got letters and names and numbers on insets sets, from 1990s and 2000s. Ive seen a few double imprinted cards, one where MJ and Magic got superimposed onto eachother (skybox) which was real weird. Cards without numbering, some cards and im talking high ends, that have same numbering. The list goes on and on,

At the end of the day upper deck cannot confirm the authenticity of the Jordan auto and the buy back should be numbered to 10.

And the sellers past selling fake autos i would stay away.

I sent an email to UD last night about the Holograms......sent the Jordan which they couldnt find.....plus I also sent a very low value player buyback from the same set very high numbered too.....and they couldnt find that either.

Kobe and the Rose are fakes....I do like how the Kobe doesn't have the 24 sticker on the back.

Im happy for people to call out these cards for further review..id rather a real card be called out and then verified as real instead of a fake card slipping through the cracks.

Also on the Jordan buy back

On the COA the name Jordan is in lower case upper deck dont make mistakes like this. Also the COA for 2001-2002 buybacks have a gold upper deck hologram on the bottom right on the back of the Coa card. This one doesn't

Now you telling me everything wrong with this card is an error from upper deck. I dont think so.

Ok i have more evidence the jordan buy back card is fake

Here is the COA of the Jordan



Now here are three AUTHENTIC cards of Paul Pierce, Mike Miller and Desmond Mason





If you look the the Jordan COA compared to the rest the words are very spaced out and have large gaps compared to the authentic ones. Look where it says LLC it has large gaps between the words compared to the others

Also notice no upperdeck hologram down the bottom right.

And every card from the 2001 - 2002 buy backs were numbered where the jordan is not and it should be numbered to 10
