I think too many people are basing the prices off ebay and not beckett prices. Ebay it not a real guide as you can get people bidding up items etc etc
I have been after a few cards lately and people want crazy ebay prices compared to there true value so that turns me off.
Also i see lots of items bumped but people don't seem to want to lower the price even just a little even though the post is two months old.

That said I see people wanting BV on cards only selling for $2 it works both ways... why would I want to give $15 value for a card I can buy for $2? It is just a case of a lot of people just wanting to make as much as possible... it's sad though cause it can make it harder to buy or trade.
^^^^ True dont get me wrong i have got some very good deals on here but people when it comes to a player who is playing well some people want stupid money for them
Eg there is a card I'm after it books at $40 and they want $60 for it. They said they go off ebay prices but they cant as one has not been listed or ended of this particular card.

Yeah well I agree there that kinda sucks. What I tend to go buy is actually COMC prices.... if cheaper than Ebay because thats a cheaper option still.... plus depending on card I might knock something of because an offer is more likely to be accepted on it.

Or when your trying to work out a trade, and the other persons cards are at BV or higher, but yours are only ebay pricing....
oh I hate that, had that problem recently, when I was being way generous with sale value AND BV, but their BV HAD to take way more off my sale/trade value than was reasonable lol

One thing I have noticed more, sign of the times, maybe........I get a pm, I reply(i check the site at least twice a day, even if i'm flat out, takes 30 seconds, log on..check..log off)...then nothing for days or weeks...yet they inboxed me. I'm certainly not a high roller, but courtesy, dont leave a seller/buyer/interested party hanging.
Maybe bring in a rule about if the person who sends a pm first, who instigates the conversation, needs to watch the messages daily?

^^^ Personally you should have to put a pic of every card and a price. I hate looking through buckets
I think it will help as i hate when they say PM for a price and they take ages to get back only to say its sold or the card price is too high.
If you want to sell out your bucket cant you list prices on there?
