He can however get onto the Blowout forums!

I have just returned from China, and had the same issues, but worked out how to beat it !!
Firstly, you need to establish a VPN ( Virtual Private Network ) :- A VPN extends a private network and the resources contained in the network across public networks like the Internet. It enables a host computer to send and receive data across shared or public networks as if it were a private network with all the functionality, security and management policies of the private network. This can be done by downloading through apple or android store for free. Once downloaded, you turn it on, MAY have to go into VPN settings in phone and turn this on, then dadahhhh, you are in
