I'm keeping my Whitfield green auto. This kid will be a gun.

Have you actually looked at any of Whitfields performances? Comparing him to Jack Watts is like apples and oranges.

Watts was an unproven school kid that Melbourne took a gamble on.....AND shocked MOST at the Draft....Watts was not touted #1 at any stage. Whitfield has some serious performances under his belt and has been touted #1 since by most.

Watts is still a good player but his lack of "Star@ quality has nothing to do with being drafted #1 (IMHO), Melbourne recruiters just got it wrong and I think most would agree there.

That said I now have two Whitfield Signatures and I may do what WA Cardcollector is doing and just hang onto them.

With all the difficulty of getting a box of these I thought it would be near impossible to get one in Canberra.....but it wasn't!

I am in Canberra umpiring some cricket so on the way home I decided to stop in at the local newsagency (Chisholm) and what do you know...they had two boxes of Future Force One is sealed and the other is open but with all 18 packs still there (Hopefully it is the the original 18 packs).

Not sure if I will bust the sealed box seeing the price is sky rocketing on these boxes but that said...news agencies are still selling the boxes for $54 a box! I bought both boxes and will bust the opened one first

So who is with me on this bust?

GWS are reportedy interested in picking Whitfield Toumpas, Menzel or Plowman with their first 3 picks.

Port may pick Grundy or Mayes with pick 7.

Players that Richmond have been rumoured to take at pick 9 are grundy, Macrae, Vlastuin and garner
