The patch is from the 'ABA' logo

It would have to be the 'Chaps' throwback jersey for it to have had that patch on it. I would look into the authenticity a bit further before buying. Not saying it is fake at all, but look into it to be sure! ;)

It may well be all good Bill. But just look into the patch and keep an eye on the bids ;)

It is definitely the ABA logo, but I didn't think the Spurs even wore an ABA jersey until the Dallas Chapparels last year?

I seen some funky patches come from that set /50, plenty of them on youtube.

UD used a lot of their left over stock since it was one of their last licensed products.

I have this one, that I saw pulled, also /50
