Postage Costs to Singapore/Indonesia

hey guys what are the general cost to send cards to these locations? I have been asked the costs to send them there but either my PO is quoting me too much and when i get back to people they dont go through with the sale due to the high postage cost we are looking at either 3 or 8 cards in toploaders. Can any1 help, also i quoting for the bubble enevelope aswell cheers

Just to clarify, 8 different cards in 8 top loaders. And what about thickness of these cards?

yep eight different cards, in top loaders each but in one enevelope! the thickness of the biggest card would be a timeless treasure jersey so not very thick sorry mate not sure what size that is!

To Singapore, for such cards, if I use 4 top loaders instead of 8, might cost be about $5 in postage. If I use 8 top loaders, cost about $10. How much have your local postie charged you?

they where charging $8 including a bubble enevnlope which i thought was ok but when i get back to the bloke they dont wanna pay that much.so yeah no sale ohh well cheres for ur help

That is about right. Unfortunately, any outbound mail from Australia is pretty costly. You can save cost by combining them into fewer top loaders, would still cost about $5 though.

ha width of package would have an impact too I recently paid $11 to ship to singapore...

For a rough estimate you can use this http://auspost.com.au/products-and-services/postage-assessment-calculator.html here's a rough one for indo http://auspost.com.au/apps/international-letter.html just put in the size and that but I think you'll find it pretty much the same where ever you send..just auspost charging like a wounded bull mate

If in doubt pack it up and take to post office and they should weigh it up and tell you..sorry I can't be of more help but hope this helps a little

Yes! The guy kindly gave me a lot of free stuff, but postage ended up about $20 more than he expected.
Yup, otherwise that Anderson patch would be sitting in my home right now
