Ours is this afternoon and I have been told not to get too hammered this year. It's at one of our warehouses and there is the possibility of drunken forklift racing! I'll let you know how it goes ;)

So anyone had their's yet? How was it?

I had mine.....needless to say at my next work function i am required to act a little more responsibly....things got messy.....

had mine on saturday night, and as much as i wanted to let loose, i didnt think getting hammered and acting like an ass in front of my co-workers after only working there less than a month was the smart option.

next year will be a different story though :partyman:

Well, sadly enuff, our work only has them for our Depot, and the Managers. The staff, get to organise their own thing, which this year was a dinner and drinks.

I missed it, but apparently it wasnt much chop.

I did however get to go to the Cricket last Sunday (Tassie V WA 1-dayer).
That was good, free grog, and huge-arse 3 course meal.

Did I mention it was free grog?

Oh yeah, I was to attend Danni's work dinner that evening shortly after the Cricket ended.....

Was a great day!!!!

Forklift racing sounds great.

We had chair races down the corrodor once. Included was my boss' $600 Luxury Leather Chair... OOOPS!!!

I'd rather be a nerd than crushed by a forklift. why can't people just photocopy their genitals anymore like they did in the good old days.

Thanks for the advice 'ladies' ;) I'm sorry and also amused that you're afraid of forklifts..

Xmas party was cool, had a couple of work interruptions (stupid overseas customers) but it was all good. Lots of fine food, imported beers and good times were had. Merry Christmas!

cmon dude, your more likely to get injured in a car than a forklift. Enough with the OH&S spiel.
