EBay Seller of the Month

I used to buy a bit of him aswell until he blocked me from bidding on his auctions after we had a disagreement about a year or so ago.

I was blocked for a while as well untill I pointed out how much they were missing out on money wise, this is why I was confused as to whether the seller was male or female, a bloke would have understood my attempt at humour.

That's BS. He signs of on everything under Sarah but it's really him. She is a real person but works full time and just does some admin stuff for him.

I can't remember his name for the life of me though. Lives right near Glenn (goldcoastcards) and he won't deal with him.

His first name is Brett,

I have dealt with only a couple of times but a while ago. S/he gave me a massive complex when I was selling an item as they wanted PSA-like gradings on every card of an old scanlens set then, disputed on what condition certain cards were when I had given a guide for all to see in the listing.

I've brought from him a few times and he was pretty good.

Delievered the cards to my door in person within a few hours of purchase. He did tell me he could get alot of signed cards and if I ever wanted any just to send him a message so I asked about getting some signed bronco Dynasty but he couldnt get any.

hes always been top class in our e-bay dealings. accurate descriptions, fair prices, very quick delivery and constant communication. gave me some freebies last time aswell (unopened 2006 tazo packs & 3 signed tazos). he was a he during our deals also...

Never really bought cards off Ebay until this weekend. Bought three Dynasty Allstars for $3 BIN plus $2 postage a card. I attempted to contact the seller to combine postage and got no reply... this went on for a couple of days and a couple of attempts before I just sucked it up and paid for them individually.

Seems like a silly thing to get caught up on, but is this normal practice? Was I asking too much in combining postage?

Unless the seller specifies that they combine postage I don't think they are obliged to do so.

Although combining postage IS standard practice

this is quite annoying when this happens you would like to think that if you bought say 5 cards and they charge $3 you're not going to have to pay $15 pretty ridiculous

I would have probably waited a week and given them a chance to do it thinking that some people aren't online everyday and it is only Wednesday but after a week Neg bomb away.

When you went to checkout did you ask about combining postage?, the best bet when you do this is to include a message as well to both your self and the seller, if the seller is reluctant to reply let them send you lot's of invoices.
