About 1 and 1/2 months ago, i picked up an exquisite off ebay (US). Seller agreed to send via Global priority, paid for it and waited patiently. After waiting 6 weeks for the card, I lodged a paypal claim for my money back. The seller then refunded my $$$ and said to me, "I've checked, it should be there soon, when you receive it, you can pay then."

I received the card yesterday, nearly 2 months after initially winning it, and it was post marked the date of the refund. It really ticked me off as i needed that card at the time as part of a trade, now its useless to me. What do you think I should do in this scenario?

Sorry bout the long read and rant!

Who was the seller? I had a very similar situation this week, where i paid for an item on 12th November for Global Priority, sent him a message on the 26th asking when it had been sent (should be there in less than 2 weeks global priority) he said cant remember when i sent but it should be there soon, anyway, it arrives the other day, postmarked, 29th november. Sounds similar to your situation Ozballer, my seller was 10adaysportscards

He basically tries to screw you over unless you lodge a complaint... I was thinking of not paying him and just deleting the auction from my wins list. Because I have already paid for the item, then it was refunded, would he be liable to lodge a non paid item strike against me? or my paypal receipts would be enough to prove i paid and didnt post?
